By Blake Higginbotham – Part One

2 Timothy 2:14-16 Remind them of these things, and solemnly charge them in the presence of God (Yahweh) not to wrangle about words, which is useless and leads to the ruin of the hearers. 15Be diligent to present yourself approved to God (Yahweh) as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. 16But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness, 17and their talk will spread like gangrene.

This study will be limited to what the Scripture clearly and accurately teaches about each topic of discussion, and will not be based on conjecture, theory or opinion. That said, if at the conclusion of our research, we discover that what we have been taught or come to believe is something that did not originate from the Scripture, we will be inclined to expose that falsehood, renounce it, and whole-heartedly embrace our newly discovered truth.

This study is not about popular or widely accepted thoughts or doctrines. Neither is it about the alleged missing or lost books of Extra Biblical writings (Ref: The Lost Books of the Bible) It is about knowing why we believe, what we believe to be true in light of the Scriptures. There is only one truth that will make us freer, and it must be revealed by Holy Spirit and established by principle truth contained in the Scripture. Anything more or less is heretical and lifeless information that will further corrupt the purity of the creed by which we all live, move and have our being.

2 Corinthians 13:7-9 Now, I pray to God (Yahweh) that you do no evil, not that we should appear approved, but that you should do what is honorable, though we may seem disqualified. 8For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 9For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. And this also we pray that you may be made complete.

Romans 1:17-19 For in it the righteousness of God (Yahweh) is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”God’s (Yahweh’s) Wrath on Unrighteousness18 For the wrath of God (Yahweh) is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19because what may be known of God (Yahweh) is manifest in them, for God (Yahweh) has shown it to them.

I. The Scriptures Inspired – The Holy Bible

We fully embrace and whole heartedly adhere to the truth contained in both the older and newer testaments of The Bible. The Bible is a book of Yahweh’s Word and His dealings with mankind for more than 6000 years. The cannon of the Scriptures are not solely based on the literal interpretation of the original text or manuscripts. We personally believe that original text was written first in Hebrew, and that one would have to know and understand Hebrew in order to know everything that was written in that language. We do not believe that bad theology or the philosophy of men made its way into the Greek, Latin, German, or English translations of The Bible. However, we do believe that the meaning of the Scripture is lost until by the revelation of Holy Spirit, we receive understanding. The Spirit of Truth has not been lost through the omissions, deletions or misquotations of the translators. BLH

Oracles of Yahweh spoke as Ruach Hakodesh moved in and through them…
Scripture G1124 ãñáöÞ - From G1125; a document, that is, holy Writ (or its contents or a statement in it):—scripture.

Note: Unless otherwise specified, all scriptural quotations are taken from the New King James Version of the Bible. The proper biblical Hebrew names of Yahweh and Yahshua have been inserted in italics where applicable, and in no way alter the authenticity or accuracy of the Holy Scripture. The introduction of both Hebrew and Greek words and their definitions have been provided for further clarification of what the Scripture is actually saying, and they are not intended to add or detract from the Scripture in any way.
The Word of Yahweh!

2 Tim. 3:14 -17 - But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus (Messiah Yahshua). 16All Scripture is given by inspiration of God (Yahweh), and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Holy - G2413 jåñüò - Of uncertain affinity; sacred:—holy.
Scriptures - G1121 ãñÜììá - From G1125; a writing, that is, a letter, note, epistle, book, etc.; plural learning:—bill, learning, letter, scripture, writing, written.

1 Thess. 2:13-16 For this reason we also thank God (Yahweh) without ceasing, because when you received the word of God (Yahweh) which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God,(Yahweh) which also effectively works in you who believe. 14For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God (Yahweh) which are in Judea in Christ Jesus (Messiah Yahshua). For you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, just as they did from the Judeans, 15who killed both the Lord Jesus (Sovereign Yahshua) and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they do not please God (Yahweh) and are contrary to all men, 16forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved, so as always to fill up the measure of their sins; but wrath has come upon them to the uttermost.

Word - G3056 ëüãïò - From G3004; something said (including the thought); by implication a topic (subject of discourse), also reasoning (the mental faculty) or motive; by extension a computation; specifically (with the article in John) the Divine Expression (that is, Christ):—account, cause, communication, X concerning, doctrine, fame, X have to do, intent, matter, mouth, preaching, question, reason, + reckon, remove, say (-ing), shew, X speaker, speech, talk, thing, + none of these things move me, tidings, treatise, utterance, word, work.

God - G2316 èåüò - Of uncertain affinity; a deity, especially (with G3588) the supreme Divinity; figuratively a magistrate; by Hebraism very:—X exceeding, God, god [-ly, -
ward]. (Hb. Elohim – Yahweh)

2 Peter 1:19-21 - And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; 20knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, 21for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God (Yahweh) spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

Warning: Before you research the extra-biblical and lost books of the bible for additional information, please take the time to study the scripture for yourself. The information found on Wikipedia and the other sites referenced will take months to read, digest and assimilate, and you must remember that some of it will not be based in good theology or sound doctrine, and they could serve to overthrow the faith of the young and uninformed. I caution you to avoid the confusion of misinformation, of which Yahweh is not the author!
